Participating as an Invited Artist in the Forgotten Coast Plein Air event has been an honor and a pleasure. True hospitality abounds here among the organizers, residents, artists' hosts, patrons, and collectors. Plus the painting posibilities are endless and varied. Despite the ravages of Hurricane Michael, hope is evident among the people and beauty and resurgens in the landscape. Ten days are certainly not enough to even begin to scratch the surface of the artistic bounty available here, but I got in the groove and produced some special pieces. Thank you Forgotten Coast!
